A Choice Made Simple: Oriana Lehman Wood
Influenced and inspired by her entrepreneurial charismatic mother from Milano, Italy and her Brooklyn, NY transplant father; she cultivated an appreciation of ingenuity, diversity and hard work. In prior careers, she spent 12 years working for global airlines as a District Manager for both US Airways and British Airways, and subsequently as a National Office Senior Manager for National Corporate Sponsorships at the Make-A-Wish Foundation, focused in non-profit marketing partnerships, sponsorship negotiations and contracts. Something she is most proud of (other than her family and personal accomplishments) is that she speaks, Italian, Spanish and English fluently.
Having roots at the University of Arizona graduating from the Eller School of Management with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, she honed her talents for negotiation and creativity, While having lived and worked for over 5 years in Miami, Florida she earned her MBA in Business Administration while pursuing her airline career and working with clients developing long lasting relationships that remain today. Returning to Arizona and settling in Paradise Valley in 2002, Oriana began her interest in real estate through her personal and family investment property management and personal investments. While getting her license, Oriana started her own business Triple Play Management, LLC and consulted for corporations and non-profits on how they can best “marry” their needs and benefit each other along with other sales and marketing endeavors. Oriana put her natural inclination toward entrepreneurship, collaboration and creating value for her clients when she began her licensed Real Estate business in 2008. Currently she serves clients with one of the most successful real estate offices in the Phoenix valley, Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty in Scottsdale and has the designation of Ninja specializing areas of investment properties, “right size / down size” property, primary and second homes particularly in the Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and surrounding areas.
What does she love about Arizona?: “It is home. And we are blessed with a place of such natural beauty, with so much available for various enthusiasts – golf, skiing (water/snow), hiking, fantastic resorts, restaurants, shopping, cycling, medicine, technology and so so much more. There is something for everyone. Best of all so much more calls out to our residents all in driving distance; beaches, the Rockies, Mexico and more. It is a great place to be single, raise a family or have the family you raised come visit!”
Oriana is married to great family man who is a PGA member that works for a luxury hotel company. They have enjoyed traveling, visiting Banff Canada annually and hiking the Grand Canyon every October North Rim to South Rim in one day for 4 years and raising their 3 devilishly adorable children; all while being active in their school Volunteer and Booster Clubs as well as the National Charity League where she serves and has served as Philanthropy Liaison for St. Vincent De Paul, and the Arthritis Foundation and UMON.
